J’espère que vous allez bien. Pour ma part ça va plutot bien. Je vous retrouve pour la chronique du 4 eme tome de la série Palm Island de K.M Neuhlold, que je tiens à remercier pour cet ARC. Vous pouvez retrouver les chroniques des tomes précédents ici. Résumé:

When opposites attract, falling in love can feel like a Wild Goose Chase.

I know it’s wrong to check out my best friend’s twin brother. It’s definitely against the bro code to shove my tongue down his throat. Screw it, one little passionate, sun soaked, all-consuming fling won’t hurt anything. Will it?

Pete doesn’t think he’s fit for island life, but he doesn’t know Palm Island like I do. He might think it’s all drinking on the beach and bed hopping, but maybe if I can show him the beauty and freedom underneath it all, he might decide to stay.

He came for a visit, to escape a bad breakup and a life that’s been closing in on him, but the island doesn’t lure anyone in on accident.

He might be all wrong for me; too careful, too neat, too structured. But I can’t seem to keep my hands off of him. Maybe I could use a little more structure in my life, and maybe Pete could use some chaos.

Will this fling wash away with the rising tide of spring or could this turn into the real thing?

FR- Alors alors…. alors j’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé ce tome . Palm Island est une série de KM Neuhold que j’aime beaucoup et j’avais hâte de retrouver ses personnages et son ambiance. Le dernier chapitre du tome 3 donnait un avant gout de ce tome et j’avais hâte de voir ce que l’auteure nous réservais pour Goose et Pete.

J’avais beaucoup aimé le personnage de Hennessey qu’on découvre dans le tome 2 aussi j’avais hâte de voir ce que donnerai ce tome. Et j’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé. J’ai adoré Pete et j’ai adoré Goose.
C’est un personnage qui m’intriguait dans les tomes précédents et que j’avais envie de mieux connaitre. Je l’ai trouvé vraiment touchant et attachant. Face à lui, le personnage de Pete est tout aussi touchant. J’ai vraiment trouvé leur relation mignonne et douce tout en étant super sexy.

J’ai aimé qu’il n’y ai pas de drama et que les choses se fassent en douceur et coulent de source. Les deux personnages s’ouvrent doucement l’un à l’autre et apprennent à se connaitre . J’ai aimé retrouver les autres personnages de l’ile et j’avoue que j’ai super super hate au tome prochain qui sera sur Easy et Lux(oui oui on le voyait venir)

Comme les autres tomes, Wild Goose Chase nous entrainent sur un petit paradis terrestre, nous permet de nous évader et de se sentir un peu en vacances. J’ai passer un excellent moment de lecture et j’ai super hâte de retrouver les tomes suivants.

ENG – So well well well… well I really liked this volume. Palm Island is a series of KM Neuhold that I really like and I was eager to find its characters and its atmosphere. The last chapter of volume 3 gave a taste of this volume and I was eager to see what the author had in store for Goose and Pete.

I really liked the character of Hennessey that we discover in volume 2 so I was eager to see what this volume would give. And I really liked it. I loved Pete and I loved Goose.
He is a character who intrigued me in the previous volumes and whom I wanted to know better. I found it really touching and endearing. Facing him, the character of Pete is just as touching. I really found their relationship cute and sweet while being super sexy.

I liked that there was no drama and things were smooth and flowing. The two characters slowly open up to each other and get to know each other. I liked finding the other characters on the island and I must admit that I can’t wait for the next volume which will be on Easy and Lux (yes yes we could see it coming)

Like the other volumes, Wild Goose Chase takes us to a small earthly paradise, allows us to escape and feel a little on vacation. I had a great time reading it and can’t wait to read the next volumes.
